The agricultural enterprise Giovanni Chiappini is situated in the heart of the DOC Bolgheri zone along the Bolgherese street, the road where the most important wine estates of the Bolgheri region are located. The story of this enterprise tells us about the consistently renewed family tradition of the head of the family, Giovanni Chiappini, son of farmers that had moved from the Marche to the Bolgheri region in the fifties. This tradition was inherited by the two daughters Martina and Lisa who assist their father in the work on the estate. The particular difference in the work and the growth of the Chiappini family is found in their special connection to the soil, interpreted as mother earth and cultivated in a symbiosis with the working power. An alliance at all times vital and never detrimental.
The agriturismo Tra gli Ulivi is located on the Chiappini estate and consists of six comfortable apartments within a tranquil area. The Chiappini family runs the agriturismo with commitment and enthusiasm, allowing the guests to gain a direct insight into rural life. You can watch the daily work in the vineyards and olive groves, visit the cellar and taste the products. Moreover, you can help yourself with fresh fruits and vegetables for free in the garden.
APARTMENTS
Agriturismo Tra Gli Ulivi belongs to Chiappini Winery between vineyards and olive trees. From agriturismo we have a fantastic view : in the East side wild hills with Castiglioncello di Bolgheri castle,in the West side the mar Tirreno with Elba and Capraia islands, while all around nature and countryside.
It's composed by 6 indipendent apartments with characteristic names of plants found in the estate: Melograno, Rosmarino, Fico, Giuggiolo, Corbezzolo e Ginestra.

ROOMS
The six rooms in the property are situated in the heart of the agricultural establishment, inside a structure which is completely immersed in the green of vineyards and olive groves. The building , which used to host some sites belonging to the old wine cellar, was completely renovated in the very Tuscan style with particular care concerning the colours and materials of the local tradition, such as the travertine stone for the pavement and the bathrooms, the terracotta and the wood for the roof. We tried to give a minimalist and modern style to the structure, through the external design and the choice of the furniture. In the three ground floor rooms traditional items such as old doors, armchairs from the sixties and old plates acquire a contemporary identity thanks to the restoration of local artists and craftsmen. On the first floor a more traditional architecture with a roof made of wood and terracotta frames a more modern type of furniture. The guests of the rooms will find a typical Tuscan breakfast when they wake up.
